Refunds & Returns
Perishable Items

– Since our sweets and bakery products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once the items have been delivered.
-Refunds will only be issued in case of:Wrong item delivered, Damaged or spoiled products at the time of delivery

Non-Perishable Items

-For packaged goods (non-perishable), you may request a return or refund within 2 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
– Orders can be cancelled within 4 hour of placing the order.
– Once preparation has started, cancellation or refund will not be possible.

Refund Process
-If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.I– For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via store credit or coupon code.
